WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
In the fall of 2008, Plymouth Rock Studios hosted Jobs On The Lot, three entertaining and informational presentations aimed at giving the public an overview of the film and television industry and studio operations. The Jobs On The Lot events were attended by over 3,000 people and served as an important first step in our workforce training initiative. This initiative has already grown to include more workshops and master classes and will continue expand in the next two years leading up to the studio’s opening.
Plymouth Rock Studios has partnered with the New England Institute of Art to create College on the Lot, an exploratory workshop series that provides a better understanding of the fundamentals of film and television production and the possible career paths in the field.
